In accordance with anticipating the shortage of technician manpower, which is required in global and regional workforce market, Ministry of Manpower, through BLKI ( Industrial Vocational Training Centre ), is performing Technician Training Program.  This program is conducted by the cooperation with Austrian Government through MCE Voest GmbH & Co. 

Company Profile

The Serang Industrial Training Institute (SITI) is one of The National Implementing Units, under the coordination of Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration of Republic of Indonesia, and is responsible to The Directorate General of Training Development and Domestic Manpower Placement.  In order to create the competent and professional manpower in facing global challenges, SITI, under the management of Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration, in cooperation with the Austrian Government has designed training programs in the field of Mechanical Industry, Welding Industry and Electrical Industry, based on the European technology.  Graduate of these programs are intended to fulfill the needs of industrial technicians.
